IDEAS Reporting
The next time you want to analyze data from the IDEAS database, you will have access to Tableau, a modern, industry-standard tool that delivers all the information you need in a more user-friendly way. With the new IDEAS Reporting service, you have a powerful new way to work with your data, including filters to answer your own questions.
Tableau is accessible at wvufs.com through a partnership with WVU Foundation Services. You will still log in with your WVU Login credentials and Duo two-factor authentication. Your existing WVU reports will have a new look and feel but are otherwise unchanged. You may want to bookmark the new site for your convenience.
The new IDEAS Reporting system is replacing old technology that can no longer be updated. The old system will be retired at the end of July, giving you time to transition to Tableau.The two systems will be available in parallel to help users transition and to allow time to migrate remaining reports. The majority of existing reports have been migrated to IDEAs Reporting in Tableau. The team is working to complete the remaining reports before July, when the old site will be retired. Please begin accessing reports at the new site. Please direct questions to planning@mail.wvu.edu.
